Child & Adolescent Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

Full-Time | Part-Time | 1099 Contract Options

Hybrid – Fort Washington, Pennsylvania

Position Summary:

As a Child & Adolescent Therapist at Blackbird Health, you will:

  • Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy
  • Conduct biopsychosocial and diagnostic assessments
  • Build strong therapeutic relationships with children and families
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers (PMHNPs, OT, SLP)
  • Maintain high clinical and documentation standards

You’ll work across developmental stages and neurodiverse populations while helping families feel supported—not alone.

The Basics You'll Need:

  • Active Pennsylvania licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT and LSW)
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children and adolescent patients
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting

Choose the Work Model That Fits You:

** We offer three flexible pathways depending on your goals, schedule, and income preferences. **

1) Full-Time W-2 Clinician

Salary: $85,000 – $90,000

Requirements:

  • Fully licensed in Pennsylvania (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)
  • 32 clinical hours per week
  • 15 of those hours must be core hours (after 4pm weekdays or weekends)
  • 15 clinical hours must be onsite

Hybrid Model:
Onsite schedule follows either:

  • Monday / Wednesday / Friday
    OR
  • Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday
    (Remaining hours can be remote)

Includes:

  • Full benefits (medical, dental, vision)
  • 401K with match
  • Paid time off + 11 company holidays
  • Professional liability coverage

2) Part-Time W-2 Clinician (20 Hours/Week)

Base Salary: $50,000

Total Earning Potential: Up to $100,000+

Weekly Structure:

  • 17 direct therapy hours
  • 3 paid administrative hours
  • Minimum 10 clinical hours onsite
  • Emphasis on after-4pm weekday hours and weekends

Additional Earnings:

  • $80 per clinical session beyond base caseload
  • Optional and flexible — increase income based on availability

Includes:

  • Full benefits package

  • Generous PTO + 11 company holidays
  • Guaranteed income with predictable scheduling

This role offers the rare combination of stability and income growth while maintaining part-time flexibility.

1099 Contract Clinician

$85–$95 per clinical hour

Requirements:

  • Active Pennsylvania licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)

  • Those 5 hours must be core hours (after 4pm weekdays or weekends)
  • Option to increase hours as desired
