Child/Adolescent Therapist - Contractor and Full-Time positions open

Responsibilities of Child/Adolescent Therapist:

  • Rendering evidence–based therapeutic treatment to patients
  • Providing an array of mental health services to promote individualized patient recovery primarily through telehealth video or telephone
  • Conducting intakes, individual, group, and family therapy when applicable
  • Providing mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services
  • Completing and maintaining documentation in a timely and accurate manner and according to Federal, State and company guidelines

Qualifications of a Child/Adolescent Therapist:

Required:

  • Active LCSW licensure
  • Demonstrated psychotherapy experience using evidence-based treatments with child & adolescents and their parents or caregivers
  • Strong engagement and assessment skills to work with a diverse range of patients over video sessions
  • Training and experience in evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, CPP, PMT, Play Therapy)
  • Cultural competency to work with families.
  • Interest in working with children and adolescents with moderate and high acuity levels
  • Access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet connection and private, quiet space for sessions
  • *Actively seeking clinicians fluent in Spanish, Mandarin, and Cantonese

Preferred:

  • Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese
  • Two years of experience providing clinical supervision (for those interested in a supervisory role)
  • Prior tele-health or remote experience
  • Reliable self-starter who is able to work independently and also as part of a team
  • Strong engagement and assessment skills to work with a diverse range of patients
