Clinical Supervisor, Child and Adolescent Program (CAP)

Requirements:
Education:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker “R” Privilege (LCSW-R)
- Ph.D in psychology or related field
- PsyD
- State certified supervisor (if applicable)
Experience:
Must possess a minimum three years of supervisory experience, post clinical licensure.
A minimum of two years of experience as a Child and Adolescent provider.
Prior experience in staff/program management.
Experience in team building.
Understanding QA measures related to compliance and the QI improvement process is a plus.
Bilingual is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct oversight and management to a team of LMSW level therapists.
Conduct weekly/bi weekly group supervision sessions.
Provide supervision covering clinical workflow and documentation.
Provide psychoeducation on best practice interventions and evidence-based treatment modalities and ensure that all assigned supervisees are providing treatment interventions that are sensitive to culture, age, gender, class, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation and other personal identification factors.
Work in collaboration with Billing, QA/QI, and under the direction of the Clinical Leads to implement behavioral quality assurance processes as required and in compliance with all Federal, State, County, and Funder requirements.
Conduct chart reviews and provide feedback regarding clinical standards of practice and documentation
Ensure supervisees are meeting KPI’s (Key Performance Indicator) by tracking supervisees’ caseloads and subsequent performance quotas.
Conduct performance reviews.
Attend clinical supervisor meetings.
Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based psychotherapy services to a caseload of patients for 30-60 minutes on a weekly basis, and maintain all required clinical documentation.
