About Talkiatry:
Talkiatry transforms psychiatry with accessible, human, and responsible care. We’re a national mental health practice co-founded by a patient and a triple-board-certified psychiatrist to solve the problems both groups face in accessing and providing the highest quality treatment.
60% of adults in the U.S. with a diagnosable mental illness go untreated every year because care is inaccessible, while 45% of clinicians are out of network with insurers because reimbursement rates are low and paperwork is unduly burdensome. With innovative technology and a human-centered philosophy, we provide patients with the care they need—and allow psychiatrists to focus on why they got into medicine.
You will:
- Serve as the long-term relationship manager focused on increasing engagement, new patient growth and provider retention
- Proactively communicate with partners to build trust and set appropriate expectations
- Collaborate with Talkiatry’s Strategic Partnerships team to ensure a seamless transition to Account Management while identifying growth opportunities within assigned territory

- Engage with mid-level operational leads, referral coordinators, staff, and doctors to understand and meet their needs
- Coordinate and lead virtual and in-person trainings for doctors and staff members to educate on Talkiatry services and establish referral workflows
- Ensure partners have up-to-date information on our services and processes to grow referrals and boost conversion to new patient appointments
- Manage issue resolution, escalations, and problem-solving to maintain strong partnerships and build trust
- Work cross-functionally to improve the partner experience
- Prepare and present regular partnership performance reports and forecasts, both internally and externally
- Expand existing partnerships by providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives
- Attend conferences and networking events in your market to build brand awareness and establish relationships
