About ReflexAI
At ReflexAI, we are building the operating system for conversation performance. We believe that people will always be at the center of high-stakes conversations, and our mission is to ensure they enter those conversations with confidence and deliver an exceptional experience every time. Our platform combines hyper-realistic AI-powered training simulations with intelligent QA to support frontline teams in mission-critical conversations. Our tools work in 25 languages, are endlessly customizable to meet each business's unique needs, and are used by customers ranging from crisis support call centers to healthcare organizations to customer service teams to sales teams negotiating big deals — any organization where empathy, quality, and excellence matter in every interaction.
About The Role
We're hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the systems and assets that connect our product story to the field — across sales, customers, and the market. You will ensure every product launch lands cleanly, every sales conversation is well-equipped, and every customer touchpoint reinforces the value of the platform.
This is a true senior IC role. You'll report directly to the Head of Marketing and work closely with sales, CS, and product on a daily basis. You'll have real ownership across a broad remit — from launch coordination and sales enablement to customer marketing and competitive intelligence. Critically, you'll help ReflexAI show up consistently as the authority in conversation performance, ensuring that how we tell our story, deploy customer evidence, and show up in the market compounds into durable category leadership over time.
This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable thinking strategically and executing the details, builds trust through follow-through, and thrives in a fast-moving environment where the work is never fully finished.

What you'll do
- Build and maintain the full sales enablement and collateral ecosystem — one-pagers, vertical-specific pitch decks, battlecards, objection-handling guides, product videos, and ROI frameworks. Own adoption, not just production: assets should be current, accessible, and actively used by the field.
- Lead go-to-market execution for new product releases, building supporting assets, running internal training for sales and CS, and ensuring both teams can accurately position and explain what just shipped. Build the enablement systems that sustain adoption after launch day.
- Track the competitive landscape and maintain current battlecards. Synthesize win/loss patterns, objections, and messaging signals from sales conversations and customer interactions, and bring that back to marketing and product leadership on a regular cadence as a primary input to how positioning evolves.
- Build and continuously grow our library of proof (case studies, testimonials, metrics, and customer quotes) by working closely with CS and product to surface outcomes on a regular cadence. Actively maintain G2 and other review profiles, soliciting reviews at the right lifecycle moments.
- Support analyst relations, industry awards, and third-party validation efforts as category-building proof points. Help ReflexAI show up with authority and consistency wherever buyers and influencers are paying attention.
- Own all customer-facing communications, including the customer newsletter, direct communications to the install base, and in-app messaging and guided walkthroughs, ensuring customers understand new features and can adopt them without friction across the full customer lifecycle.
- Keep customer logos, product messaging, and interactive demos current on the website at all times, working with web and design partners to ensure what's live reflects the actual product and customer base.
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience in a high-growth startup environment, operating at both strategic and executional levels
- Demonstrated success building sales enablement hands-on and maintaining the full collateral ecosystem a sales team needs, with a track record of driving field adoption
- Sharp competitive and market instincts. Able to synthesize field signal and translate it into actionable intelligence for sales, product and leadership
- Demonstrated success leading product launches end-to-end, including building the enablement systems that sustain adoption post-launch
- Strong writing and storytelling skills. Able to turn customer conversations, data, and product details into assets that move deals forward
- Some of the most rewarding work you will ever do, solving real problems and helping people be the best versions of themselves
- Working alongside a team that is exceptionally smart and ambitious, but also humble and kind
- Flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the United States
- Generous retirement, equity, healthcare, and PTO policies
