About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent team and play a critical role in scaling Healthie during our next phase of growth.

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you'll serve as a senior talent acquisition leader responsible for driving hiring outcomes across the organization. You'll own complex, high-volume recruiting efforts, manage multiple critical searches simultaneously, and partner directly with senior leaders to influence workforce planning, hiring strategy, and talent market intelligence.

This is a highly execution-oriented role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and has a proven ability to consistently deliver exceptional hiring results at scale. You will manage an active requisition load of approximately 15–20 searches at any given time, maintain hiring velocity targets, and drive full-cycle recruiting efforts from sourcing, to intake through offer acceptance.

Success in this role requires exceptional sourcing ability, operational discipline, stakeholder management, and the capacity to balance speed with quality. A Senior Technical Recruiter at Healthie is expected to consistently deliver hires within a 40-day average time-to-fill target while managing high interview volume, typically coordinating and facilitating 10-12 candidate interviews per day consistently.

Reporting to the VP of Talent, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and talent acquisition—and who’s passionate about building all-star teams that drive innovation in digital health. What You’ll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across our Engineering organization, with occasional support for business hiring across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Partnerships, ensuring a high-quality and efficient candidate experience.

  • Proactively source and engage top talent through strategic outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and participation within in-person industry and hiring events.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and department leaders to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and long-term hiring goals, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the process.

  • Build and maintain strong, sustainable talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs across Healthie’s business functions.

  • Represent Healthie at in-person recruiting events, career fairs, and networking opportunities to strengthen our employer brand and expand our reach.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with People Operations, Marketing, and Department Leads to continuously refine hiring strategies, processes, and candidate communications.

  • Track recruiting metrics and pipeline health to analyze funnel performance, share insights, and drive data-informed improvements.

  • Champion a best-in-class candidate experience while fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive hiring culture aligned with Healthie’s values of Respect, Reliability, and Resilience.


About you

  • Required: You have 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within high volume, high-growth B2B SaaS environments, with a strong focus on quality, execution, and speed.

  • Required: You bring experience partnering with senior business leaders to define hiring strategies, build interview processes, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences across multiple functions.

  • Required: You are a strong sourcing and relationship-building expert, with a proven track record of identifying, engaging, and converting top business talent in competitive markets.

  • Nice-to-have: Have experience recruiting in the healthcare or healthtech space, with an understanding of mission-driven teams and HIPAA-compliant environments.

  • You are comfortable supporting technical hiring (Engineering, Product, or Data) and Business hiring - collaborating with those teams to ensure alignment on role requirements and candidate quality.

  • Operate with self-sufficiency and ownership, proactively driving results without waiting for direction. This role offers a great deal of autonomy.

  • Demonstrate grit, resilience, and resourcefulness when navigating ambiguity or shifting business priorities.

  • Communicate with clarity, empathy, and professionalism across all levels and departments.

  • Move quickly while maintaining attention to detail, and are energized by building structure and process within a fast-paced, scaling environment.

Interview Process

Our interview process is designed to be thoughtful, transparent, and efficient. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Hiring Manager Interview
    You’ll meet with Katie (VP of Talent & Hiring Manager) to discuss your background, experience, and alignment with Healthie’s culture, mission and values. (45 minutes)

  • Executive Conversation
    You’ll meet with Erica (CEO + Cofounder) for a high-level conversation about Healthie’s vision, values, and team culture. This is an opportunity to ask questions and hear directly from one of our founders about where we’re headed and what matters most. (20 minutes)

  • Panel Interview – Group Round
    A group conversation with Cindy (Director of Operations), Anna (VP of Finance), and Lee (Executive Assistant) from our Operations team. This round will focus on cross-functional collaboration, communication, and culture fit. (45 minutes)

  • Stakeholder Interviews
    Two individual interviews with Jonathan Myron (VP of Engineering) and Justin (VP of Customer Support). This round will allow you to connect with internal stakeholders. (30 minutes each)
