Healthie is hiring an exceptional Product Manager to help us deliver a best-in-class product for innovative healthcare delivery. Healthie’s Core R&D team is organized into interdisciplinary squads, and as a Product Manager, you work closely with Design, Engineering, Support and Success team members on squads to deliver a product that our customers, and their customers, love. Product managers at Healthie are action-oriented, no-ego, strong communicators who genuinely care about Healthie’s mission and our customers.

Responsibilities

• Be Healthie’s Product Expert, internally & externally: You are our domain expert, and communicate internally and externally on how to use Healthie’s powerful platform and API. You work with our support & success team to empower customers to use Healthie’s product, and support the external communications of Product Updates. You work closely with our Engineering and Product Teams in pursuit of continuous product improvement.
• Build the Product Roadmap for your Squad(s) leveraging customer feedback, team insights, and data generated from our tool stack (incl. Product Board, Shortcut, Helpscout, Mixpanel).
• Execute the Product Roadmap, alongside our Design & Engineering teams: Turn the roadmap into actionable, clear, and comprehensive work items for Healthie’s engineering team, which includes delivering clear tech specs, identifying important product interdependencies, and evaluating tradeoffs given technical feasibility and priorities, in order to ensure that we meet agreed upon timelines.
• Embody Good Citizen Principles - incorporate Healthie’s values (Respect, Reliability, Resilience) in your work

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management and/or project management
• Bias towards action: You confidently make decisions on what to prioritize (and what not to build) leveraging qualitative and quantitative inputs in pursuit of company goals, knowing there will always be tradeoffs.
• Strong communication skills: You have an ability to convey complex ideas clearly (written and orally) internally to your team, and externally to customers
• Domain expertise: You have a demonstrated ability to be the domain expert of your product area
• Detail-oriented: You love the details, and think critically about all the use cases, edge cases, and interdependencies of your work. Developers love the tech specs you write - they are clear, comprehensive, and make writing code, dare we say, fun?
• Maintain a customer-first mentality: you have experience organizing and running customer calls, with thorough pre-and-post- meeting follow ups

At least two of the three:

• Experience in B2B SaaS
• Experience in digital health care delivery
• Experience in customer support and/or success

Outcomes

Build the Product Roadmap

• Collect & synthesize customer feedback from all sources
• Prioritize initiatives each quarter, aligning with Healthie’s product vision & estimated impact
• Coordinate with R&D team on technical feasibility, tradeoffs, & other product interdependencies

Execute the Roadmap

• Project plan and coordinate delivery timelines with R&D team
• Prioritize roadmap alongside day-to-day activities
• Own versioning of releases and fast-follow-ups

Communicate the Why - Internally & Externally

• Be Healthie’s internal product expert, representing your squad(s)
• Coordinate feature rollouts and all associated documentation
• Communicate product updates internally & externally

This is a full-time position

Location: Remote

Must be located within the U.S. and U.S. work authorization is required

We're offering between $120,000 - $150,000 for this position, depending on your level of experience.
