FamilyWell
Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in perinatal mental health care? Here's your chance to be a vital part of FamilyWell's mission to enhance access to high-quality, equitable, and affordable mental health services for peri/menopausal individuals in the state of IL.
Background:
FamilyWell is the first behavioral health start-up to implement a perinatal collaborative care model that embeds a wrap-around mental health program directly into OB/GYN practices for pregnant and postpartum individuals. We are moving into a new vertical in 2025 by offering evidence-based therapy to patients looking for support in the perimenopausal and menopausal transition. Common mental health needs during this life phase include mood and anxiety disorders, vasomotor symptoms, sexual concerns, sleep disorders, and healthy lifestyle and relationships.
Our mission is to solve the women’s mental health crisis by increasing access to equitable, affordable, and accessible mental health care. Our specialized care team consists of social workers, coaches, therapists, and psychiatric providers in the OB provider’s clinical workflow, ultimately becoming the behavioral health arm of the OB/GYN practice.
