About Coral Care
At Coral Care, we believe families should never have to fight for the care their children need and clinicians should have the support they need to deliver it.
Millions of children in the United States experience developmental delays, yet families often face long waitlists and complex systems when trying to access therapy. At the same time, many pediatric therapists are navigating fragmented systems that make it difficult to build sustainable, fulfilling practices.
Coral Care was built to change that.
We connect families with high-quality Occupational, Physical, and Speech therapists who deliver care in the places children grow and learn most naturally: at home and in their communities. At the same time, we provide clinicians with the infrastructure, support, and patient access needed to build thriving local practices.
By supporting both sides of pediatric care, we’re expanding access for families while strengthening the therapist workforce.
Coral Care is a fast-growing, Series A company expanding across the country. Since launching in 2023, we’ve delivered thousands of therapy sessions and continue to build the clinical infrastructure needed to support a growing national network of pediatric therapists.
About the Role
Coral Care's providers are skilled, dedicated clinicians — but home-based pediatric therapy comes with its own set of challenges. Complex cases. New practice settings. Questions that don't always have a clean answer.
This role exists to make sure no clinician has to navigate those challenges alone.
As Clinical Associate, you'll serve as a trusted clinical resource for our network of Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists. You'll help clinicians think through tough cases, develop stronger treatment plans, and deliver better care for the families they serve. You'll work closely with our Clinical Manager on quality initiatives and help translate clinical expertise into practical tools and resources for providers across the network.
This role is clinically focused and does not include responsibilities related to the Coral Care platform, scheduling systems, or technical support.
This Role Is for You If…
- You're a seasoned Occupational Therapist who enjoys helping colleagues think through complex cases
- You've been the person others turn to for guidance — and you want to formalize that
- You love interdisciplinary collaboration and are comfortable working across OT, PT, and SLP perspectives
- You understand the realities of home-based therapy and how different it can be from clinic or school settings
- You're energized by mentorship and helping other clinicians grow
- You thrive in early-stage environments where systems are still being built
