Position Overview
We believe that to give every child access to exceptional pediatric therapy, we need to support providers to grow and expand their expertise. We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Operations Associate with a background in Occupational Therapy to join our team on a contract basis. This role will provide essential administrative and organizational support to strengthen our clinical operations, create engaging content for families within our platform, and support field marketing initiatives as we prepare for our Chicago launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain clinical resource materials for our network of skilled clinicians
- Create engaging, educational content for parents within the Coral Care platform, including articles, guides, and interactive resources focused on child development
- Design and produce parent-focused content that enhances the user experience within our product
- Support field marketing events throughout Chicago, including community outreach, provider networking, and parent education events
- Represent Coral Care at local Chicago events to build awareness for our upcoming launch
- Organize and optimize clinical tools to support in-home therapy services
- Process and distribute evaluation reports to pediatrician offices
- Provide administrative assistance for clinical evaluations
- Support ongoing projects including developing content, webinars, events, etc.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical workflows for providers
- Use AI tools (e.g., GPT-based platforms) to streamline documentation, support content development, and assist with clinical operations tasks
Qualifications
- 1+ year in a pediatric occupational therapy setting
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent written communication skills, with ability to create clear, accessible content for parents
- Experience developing educational materials for families preferred
- Comfortable representing the company at community and networking events
- Availability to attend occasional evening or weekend field marketing events in Chicago
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Understanding of healthcare confidentiality requirements
- Comfort using AI tools to support workflow and content development (training available)
- Experience in healthcare administration or clinical support preferred
This position reports directly to Coral Care's Clinical Lead.
