About ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement): ANNA is a clinician-led, clinic-based provider of naturalistic autism services. Located in the heart of Sudbury, just outside of Boston, ANNA is at the forefront of delivering exceptional care in a nurturing and supportive environment for autistic children and their families.

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our dynamic team in providing the gold standard of autism care through Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI). This role is instrumental in supervising and supporting our therapists, developing individualized treatment plans and coordinating the implementation and modification of those plans for clients, and delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapies to our clients
Job Responsibilities:
- Completing assessments and working directly with clients and caregivers to develop comprehensive behavior plans to achieve quality of life goals
- Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
- Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.)
- Collect data via ANNA's user friendly data collection technology
- Provide staff and caregiver training
- Actively communicate with caregivers, including collaborating with caregivers and other service professionals to enhance and integrate intervention
- Research literature related to specific clients' programs

Qualifications:
- Must hold a current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong assessment, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and teamwork skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior plans.
- Adherence to ethical guidelines outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Naturalistic teaching experience e.g., experience with NDBI like ESDM, PRT, JASPER) preferred
