Full job description

ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodivergent Advancement): ANNA is a pioneering clinic-based provider of autism services. Located in the heart of Sudbury, just outside of Boston, ANNA is at the forefront of delivering exceptional care in a nurturing and supportive environment for autistic children and their families.

Our mission is to provide high-quality, evidence-based services for autistic children and families through excellence in clinical training and supervision, multi-disciplinary assessment and collaborative goal setting, compassionate family-centered practice, and customized programs using fun, naturalistic teaching approaches to support each child’s unique strengths and needs.

Job Description: We are seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Therapists to join our dynamic team in providing the gold standard of autism care through Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI). If you don't have your RBT certification, we will train you and pay for your training & test! This role is instrumental in delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapies to our learners, while being a part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities: Under the direction of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for the direct implementation of skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans and will also collect data and conduct certain types of assessments (such as stimulus preference assessments). The RBT will also be responsible for assisting with the onboarding of new clients and staff, assisting with clinical assessments, providing coverage on cases as needed, implementing and tracking data on RBT trainings, and completing other clinical and administrative duties as assigned.

Professional Development and Growth:

  • Substantial Learning Investment: We offer a robust training program, including funding support for taking the RBT exam and BACB certification.
  • Ongoing Training: Continuous professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest in NDBI and behavioral therapy.
  • Promotion Opportunities: We believe in nurturing our team's growth, with clear pathways for professional advancement.

Team-Based Environment:

  • Work within a cohesive, supportive, and collaborative team.
  • Regular team-building activities and a culture of open communication.
  • Opportunity to contribute to service development and innovation.

Benefits:

  • Full-Time Employment: Never worry about travel, cancellations, or limited availability - we offer full-time, 40-hour paid employment
  • Competitive Compensation: Attractive salary package commensurate with experience.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Including 401k, health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Work-Life Balance: Flexible scheduling options to support a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications Required and Job Responsibilities:

  • Required Availability Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree
  • RBT certification or willingness to pursue RBT certification (funded by ANNA)
  • Strong interpersonal, written communication skills, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret documents
  • Ability to utilize ABA software data collection system
  • A commitment to ethical practice and continuous learning
  • Must be fully COVID vaccinated

Application Process:

We are inviting you to interview us, as much as we are interviewing you! Our Co-Founder and Clinic Director will invite you to connect with her for an interview. Don’t be shy, we encourage all our staff to collaborate with us in an effort to continually improve services and the field of ABA. Our team is here to offer insight and help you decide if ANNA, and the field of ABA, are right for you.
